I started practicing Circus arts in 2012 with Aerial Silks. I fell in love with it and it was all I wanted to do. I never enjoyed running like a hamster at a gym, and this art form keeps me fit and constantly striving to improve. I joined WCS right as they were opening up. I love teaching and get a huge sense of accomplishment when my students nail a move they've been working on for a while.

  • P.R.I.M.E.
  • P.R.I.M.E. is an educational program designed for those with a background in movement arts, performance, and athletic training looking to challenge themselves in new ways. Head Coaches will be looking for a mix of flexibility, strength, dexterity, coordination, and great attitudes that complement and add to our troupe! Through individualized classes, the troupe will be taught Aerial Silks, Hammock, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Hand Balancing, Choreography, Performance Arts, and much more at a pre-professional level.

    The training will be lead only by WCS Head Coaches. This is to ensure each skill is taught at a level that both challenges the student and encourages continual growth. While the group training will focus largely on technical skills, there will also be emphasis placed on the application of those skills through performance and choreography.

    P.R.I.M.E. is available by audition only. Interested students/parents are encouraged to contact us at to inquire about upcoming audition dates. Only selected students are invited to participate in the training regimen.

  • Aerial Silks - Intermediate (Tier B)
  • Aerial Silks – Intermediate is intended for students who are able to successfully complete beginning and fundamental moves as requested. Help from an teacher may be required from time to time, but you can usually perform all fundamental skills independently. Focus is on applying and enhancing knowledge or skill in Aerial Silks.


    Prerequisites: You will need to be approved for this class by a Senior Instructor. This class requires a competent knowledge and practice with Lyra. Please email us at if you believe you qualify so your account can be approved to enroll in this class. Ages 14+

  • Aerial Silks - Novice (Tier B)
  • Aerial Silks – Novice is intended for students who have either taken a previous beginning level Silks or Tissu class or who have a working knowledge of silks through self-training. Students are expected to need help when performing most skills. The Focus is on developing and training good foundational knowledge.


    Prerequisites: We recommend that you take Intro to Aerial Silks or Intro to Mixed Aerials for at least one semester before moving to this class. You will need to understand and discuss terminology, concepts, principles, and issues related to Aerial Silks. Ages 14+

  • Open Gym
  • Students, come and play with all of our equipment in a safe, instructor-accompanied environment! Open Gym does not include instruction but will be supervised by an instructor or staff member. Students should only practice skills they can do safely on their own. This is a great opportunity to condition, stretch or work on perfecting moves you learned in class. They are also a great way to get a feel for what circus training is all about. Open Gym is available to current students and outside practitioners who have an active practice at other schools. There is no teaching other students during Open Gym.


    Pre-requisites: Students must have taken classes at WCS, another studio, or have an active personal practice. There is absolutely no instruction from Instructors or fellow classmates, only guidance from the Instructors on safely performing already known skills. Beginners are able to come and watch for free to get a feel for the studio, but will not be allowed to participate without taking a class. Open Gym is included with FITpass, FITpass Black, and UNLIMITED Memberships

  • YOGAfit
  • YOGAfit is a Vinyasa Flow class with focus on flexibility, breath control, strength building, and coordination. The class unifies flexibility and strength in harmonious balance. This is a slower paced dynamic flow class that incorporates movement through sun salutations and standing poses. You will be guided, step-by-step, in a clear manner to the essentials of a flowing practice. This class is suitable for beginners, and for those integrating a new approach to an existing yoga practice.


    No Prerequisites. Ages 14+ Classes are included with FITpass and FITpass Black
