HOW PARTIES WORK

 

Our Parties start off with a 30 minute warm-up full of fun, practical, and team building activities. The warm-up consists of games, stretching, and partner-based movements to get everyone moving and in the right mindset. After the warm-up, we take to the floor and the real fun begins! We take everyone through the basics of each different circus art including Aerial Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, and Partnered Acrobatics. These activities are tailored by the instructors to match the fitness level of the group. They keep everyone challenged, but ensure the moves are achievable for every body type. As the group learns climbs, locks, entrances and fun tricks, they are encouraged to work as a team and motivate one another to reach that next move. 

 

In addition to the Aerial and Ground Arts, parties also focus on Prop Arts like juggling and plate-spinning. Here the partnerships really really come out as games get more challenging and rewarding. Whether you're bringing a close group of friends or a small army, WCS can accommodate your group size either On-Site in our facility, or Off-Site at your preferred location. We bring the Circus to you with everything covered for a great day of fun.

WARM UP

30 Minutes of warm up, games, calisthenics, and stretching

 

CIRCUS ARTS

Run through each of the Circus Art Forms we offer:

Aerial Silks, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Static Trapeze, Acrobatics, Juggling, and Plate-Spinning

 

PRIVATE HOSTS/INSTRUCTORS

Only our professional instructors who lead our classes teach at our parties. Your dedicated party hosts come well trained and ensure your party goes off without a hitch.

 

PARTY AREA

30 Minutes after all the activities to relax, eat, and chill out.

After hours parties will incur in an additional fee of $25 per hour after our facility closes.

POLICIES

 

BOOKING Please submit party requests at least 2 weeks prior to the desired date to allow time for booking and processing. Specific instructors may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Parties and events are NOT booked until we receive your payment. All booking and payments are processed by our Party and Events coordinator. Parties and events booked after normal Windsor Circus School facility times may be subject to additional fees. All participants must have an account in order to participate. Insurance prohibits any additional persons to participate in activities outside of the reservation, including parents. The minimum age for all parties and events is 6 years old. Circus activities occur during the booked party and event time. Food and drink are not recommended during activity time. All parties and events come with an additional 30-minute booking in our seating area for food, drink, etc. Booking available upon request.

 

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made more than 30 business days before the event will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 10-30 business days prior to the event incur a fee of 10% of the total event cost. Cancellations made 3-9 business days prior to the event incur a fee of 50% of the total event cost. No refund is given when a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event.

 

RESCHEDULING AND OTHER ADJUSTMENTS Adjustments to the size of your party must be made 5 days prior to the scheduled event date to prorate the total cost. We will accommodate movement of reservation dates when possible. Reschedules made more than 30 business days in advance incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling made 10 – 30 days in advance incur a 10% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling made 9 business days prior to your event or closer incur a fee of 50% of the event total.
